MUMBAI, India, June 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202341088601 A) filed by M/s. Natural And Essential Oils Private Limited, Mysore, Karnataka, on Dec. 25, 2023, for 'herbal composition for enhancing sexual wellness and muscle strength in human beings.'
Inventor(s) include Anirudh Murthy Ranga; Sameer Kamalakar Akolkar; and Melukote Srinivasashetty Madhukumar.
The application for the patent was published on June 27, under issue no. 26/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure envisages a synergistic herbal composition that enhances Testosterone levels in human beings, thus contributing to a consequential improvement in muscle strength, endurance, and muscle recovery. The herbal composition is synthesized from plant parts of a plurality of herbs. The herbal composition comprises a therapeutically effective amount of extracts of a plurality of herbs, including Tamarindus indica, Moringa oleifera, Cocculus hirsutus, Coffea arabica, Psoralea corylifolia, Cinnamon zeylanicum, and Brassica nigra in a predetermined concentration. Further, the extract of Tamarindus indica is standardized to contain polysaccharides and proanthocyanidins in a predetermined concentration and the extract of Moringa oleifera is standardized to contain polysaccharides and saponins in a predetermined concentration. The herbal composition also comprises appropriate biological agents, pharmaceutically acceptable active ingredients, vitamins, minerals, excipients, and carriers and diluents in a predetermined concentration."
