The connecting member (230) is disposed in the base member (104) and engages with the at least one handlebar (120L; 120R). The connecting member (230) is rotatably coupled to the lever (228) to convert the linear movement of the base member (104) into the rotational movement of the at least one handlebar (120L; 120R)."
