At least one handlebar (120L; 120R) is rotatably mounted in the base member (104) and is adapted to be positioned relative to the position of the base member (104). A crank-lever mechanism (226) includes a lever (228) and a connecting member (230). The lever (228) is pivotally coupled to the bridge fork top (206). The connecting member (230) is disposed in the base member (104) and engages with the at least one handlebar (120L; 120R). The connecting member (230) is rotatably coupled to the lever (228) to convert the linear movement of the base member (104) into the rotational movement of the at least one handlebar (120L; 120R)."
