MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202537097353 A) filed by The Noco Company, Glenwillow, U.S.A., on Oct. 9, for 'handle for a lithium ion battery.'

Inventor(s) include Underhill, Derek, Michael.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 7, under issue no. 45/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a battery handle that is removably attachable to a battery. The handle may comprise a body comprising first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a grip portion extending between the first end and the second end in a first direction, wherein the body is removably attachable to the battery via at least one battery terminal, and the at least one battery terminal is configured to be in electrical connection with the battery."
