MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411026114 A) filed by Chandigarh Group Of Colleges, Mohali, Punjab, on March 29, 2024, for 'handheld flowers carriage device.'

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A handheld flowers carriage device comprises of, a cuboidal body 1 developed to accommodate flowers and attached with a pair of handles 2 that are gripped by a user for carrying the body 1, a computing unit for enabling a user to give input commands regarding type of flowers to be placed in the body 1, plurality of extendable plates 3 installed in the body 1, to extend/retract via a drawer arrangement for segregating the body 1 into multiple sections for allowing the user to store the flowers in a segregated manner, multiple electronic nozzles 4 for dispensing the solution in view of eliminating the unpleasant odor and preventing discomfort to the user, and an odor sensor positioned in the body 1 to detect an unpleasant odor in the body 1."
