MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531024862 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 19, for 'hand-held vehicle tire brake disc cleaning device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A hand-held vehicle tire brake disc cleaning device, comprising a cylindrical shaped hollow frame 101 having first and second portion, developed to be held by a user in proximity to a vehicle tire brake disc, a handle 102 is attached with first portion for providing grip to user while positioning frame 101 above brake disc, a microphone 103 receives voice commands of user regarding cleaning of brake disc, an imaging unit 104 detect dimensions of studs of brake disc, an expandable pulley arrangement 105 expand/ contract frame 101 for modulating diameter of frame 101, a holographic projection unit 106 guide user in positioning second portion of frame 101 over stud, a motorized sliding unit 107 provides movement to multiple bristles 108 for agitating stud with bristles 108, and removing detected dust/ rust, a vacuum based cleaning unit 109 cleans dust/ rust particles that are further stored inside a receptacle 110."
