MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514003357 A) filed by Schneider Electric Industries Sas, Rueil Malmaison, France, on Jan. 15, for 'guiding parts for vacuum circuit breaker.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a breaking module (50) for a medium or high voltage switchgear (100), comprising : - a vacuum interrupter (4) comprising a housing (3) forming an enclosure in which a first electrical contact (1) and a second electrical contact (2) are disposed, the first (1) an the second (2) electrical contacts being configured to be moved relatively to each other between an open position (O) and a closed position (C), - a support frame (30), - a first bracket (5) fixed to the support frame (30) and comprising a first radial abutment surface (7) configured for receiving the vacuum interrupter housing (3), - a second bracket (6) fixed to the first bracket (5), the second bracket (6) comprising a second radial abutment surface (8) configured for receiving the vacuum interrupter housing (3). The breaking module (50) may be integrated in a circuit breaker."
