MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527072217 A) filed by Byd Company Limited, Shenzhen, China, on July 29, for 'guard plate and vehicle.'
Inventor(s) include Wan Long; Li Peng; Peng Qingbo; Lu Zhipei; and Zhu Yan.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 7, under issue no. 45/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A guard plate comprising: a metal plate; a glass fiber reinforced resin layer which comprises a first glass fiber reinforced resin layer and a second glass fiber reinforced resin layer the first glass fiber reinforced resin layer being located on one side of the metal plate and the second glass fiber reinforced resin layer being located on the side of the metal plate facing away from the first glass fiber reinforced resin layer; and a carbon fiber reinforced resin layer which comprises a first carbon fiber reinforced resin layer and a second carbon fiber reinforced resin layer the first carbon fiber reinforced resin layer being located on the side of the first glass fiber reinforced resin layer away from the metal plate and the second carbon fiber reinforced resin layer being located on the side of the second glass fiber reinforced resin layer away from the metal plate. The metal plate is sealed by the glass fiber reinforced resin layer and the carbon fiber reinforced resin layer; and the metal plate the glass fiber reinforced resin layer and the carbon fiber reinforced resin layer satisfy the following condition: Formula (1)."
