MUMBAI, India, June 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202311084328 A) filed by Fev Group Gmbh, Aachen, Germany, on Dec. 11, 2023, for 'grounding system for a vehicle.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A grounding system for a vehicle comprising: at least one low-voltage (LV) battery (318), a plurality of sensors having data processing capability, a high-performance computer (HPC) having data computing capability, at least one electronic control unit (ECU), the at least one low-voltage (LV) battery (318), the plurality of sensors, the high-performance computer, the electronic control unit (ECU) comprise a positive terminal and a negative terminal; a busbar (302) placed throughout a metal frame of the vehicle in the form of a loop, wherein the negative terminal of each of the plurality of sensors, the high-performance computer and the electronic control unit (ECU) is connected to the busbar (302) for grounding."
