MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441076859 A) filed by The University Of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences And Technology, Bengaluru, Karnataka, on Oct. 10, 2024, for 'grain flour and process of preparation thereof.'

The grain flour so obtained is used in preparing dough having improved sheetability and extensibility, suitable for processing."
