The glue dispensing device includes: a machine platform; a glue dispensing mechanism, arranged on the machine platform, and comprising a glue dispensing nozzle; a first camera device arranged on the machine platform and located below the glue dispensing nozzle; a controller, arranged on the machine platform, and communicated with the glue dispensing mechanism and the first camera device; the first camera device is used to capture a current image of the glue dispensing nozzle, and the controller is used to compare the current image with a preset normal operation image, and determine an operation state of the glue dispensing nozzle according to a comparison result. The present disclosure can monitor the operating state of the dispensing nozzle in real time, when the operating state is abnormal, the dispensing nozzle can be adjusted or stopped in time, so as to avoid abnormal dispensing, and effectively improve the quality of glue dispensing."
