According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a computer-implemented data marketplace system including a synthetic data generation module configured to generate synthetic datasets that preserve statistical properties while protecting sensitive information, a user authentication system configured to control dataset access, a similarity detection module configured to identify similar datasets preventing duplicate uploads, and a database configured to store dataset metadata and user information. The synthetic data generation module includes a statistical generator calculating means and standard deviations applying Box-Muller transform to generate synthetic data points, and a generative adversarial network with generator and discriminator networks working adversarially to produce synthetic data maintaining complex patterns. The similarity detection module utilizes Facebook AI Similarity Search indexing converting datasets into numerical embeddings performing real-time comparison against existing datasets. The system includes adaptive parameter selection adjusting processing parameters based on dataset characteristics implementing automatic switching between generation methods."
