MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517055566 A) filed by Bontaz Centre, Marnaz, France, on June 9, for 'geared motor bracket housing a position detector and configured to hold a connector terminal of the detector.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a bracket (6) for supporting and centring at least one geared motor axle (43). The bracket (6) comprises a housing (65) for housing a fixed part (51) of a position detector (5). The bracket (6) comprises at least one retaining member (70, 71, 73) configured to hold the fixed part (51) of the position detector in its housing (65). The bracket (6) is also configured to at least partially house a terminal (8) for connecting the fixed part (51) of the position detector to a control member (12) of the geared motor. The bracket (6) comprises at least one groove (92) for holding the terminal and/or the bracket (6) comprises at least one through duct (90) which passes through the bracket (6) in order to at least partially house the terminal (8) therein."

The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 09, 2023, under International application No.PCT/FR2023/051761.
