MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514035124 A) filed by Toyoda Gosei Co. Ltd., Aichi, Japan, on April 10, for 'front structure of vehicle and method for assembling front structure of vehicle.'

Inventor(s) include Tomohiro Kajitani; Jun Yamaguchi; Takaki Itatsu; and Hiroshi Takakura.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 7, under issue no. 45/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A front structure of a vehicle includes a pair of headlamps each of which having a second inclined surface, an exterior member having a first inclined surface, and a support member. The support member includes: a body portion to which the exterior member is attached, a pair of attachment portions that are connected to both ends of the body portion in the vehicle width direction and to which the headlamps are attached, and a fastening portion that fastens the attachment portions to the body portion at a position where the first and second inclined surfaces are in contact with each other. The support member allows a position change of the attachment portions with respect to the body portion in the vehicle width direction in a state where the body portion and the attachment portions are not fastened by the fastening portion, and restricts the position change in a different direction."
