MUMBAI, India, April 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421081602 A) filed by Deccan Industrial Company, Sangli, Maharashtra, on Oct. 25, 2024, for 'frame for restricting-motion and stacking cylindrical-objects and method for assembling the frame.'

Inventor(s) include Hari Nagendra Gurav; and Rahul Hari Gurav.

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The frame (100) for restricting-motion and stacking cylindrical-objects (05a, 05b, 05c) and method for assembling the frame (100), overcomes conventional rigid frames of defined sizes and limits stacking. The frame (100) includes a pair of elongated-strips (10a, 10b), a jointer (20) and saddles (30). The pair of elongated-strips (10a, 10b) are posited parallel to each other and are connected by the jointer (20) to ensure the elongated-strips (10a, 10b) remain parallel to each other and hence allowing stacking of cylindrical-objects (05a, 05b, 05c). The elongated-strips (10a, 10b) and the jointer (20) are adjustable to accommodate different lengths of cylindrical-objects (05a, 05b, 05c). The saddles (30) are adjustable on the elongated-strips (10a, 10b) to accommodate different diameters of cylindrical-objects (05a, 05b, 05c) and have angular-surface (30bi) to restrict movement."
