MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421008066 A) filed by Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited, Thane, Maharashtra, on Feb. 6, 2024, for 'frame clips for a lighting assembly.'
Inventor(s) include Shetty, Amith Sadashiva; Patil, Abhay Mansing; Jagtap, Aniket Dhananjay; and Maiti, Pradip Kr.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a frame clip (112) for a lighting device (100) is disclosed. The lighting device (100) includes a housing assembly (102) having a first housing member (102-1) and a second housing member (102-2), and the frame clip (112). The frame clip (112) includes a base element (302) and at least a pair of clipping elements (308). The base element (302) is attached to a bottom wall (104) of the first housing member (102-1). The pair of clipping elements (308) extend orthogonally from opposite edges of the base element (302). Further, the pair of clipping elements (308) engages with the second housing member (102-2) to couple the first housing member (102-1) with the second housing member (102-2)."
