MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531020386 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 6, for 'four-wheeler transporting assistive device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Sangita Sarangi.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A four-wheeler transporting assistive device, comprises of elongated platform 101 developed to be positioned on a ground surface and configured with a pair of wheels 102 underneath mid portion of the platform 101 by means of a dead axle shaft, for allowing movement of the platform 101 on the surface, a touch interactive display panel 104 to provide input command for loading of four-wheelers on the platform 101, an imaging unit 105 to detect presence of any living entities in proximity to a rear portion of the vehicle, a buzzer to deter the entities, a rectangular plate 106 attached to the rear portion by means of hinges 107 and hydraulically operated links 108 to provide movement to plate 106, and a holographic projection unit 109 to project outlines on the platform 101 along with projecting virtual indications to provide visual guidance to the persons while loading the four-wheeler."
