Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Forming Of A Lollipop Head In Two Different Steps' Filed by Gea Food Solutions Weert B. V.

MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517131279 A) filed by Gea Food Solutions Weert B. V., Weert, Netherlands, on Dec. 24, 2025, for 'forming of a lollipop head in two different steps.'

Inventor(s) include Baumeister, Bruno Gerfried.

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a lollipop production device, with a drum that rotates around a central axis and that comprises a plurality of moulds at its circumference, a supply of lollipop material strand to the moulds, wherein the moulds form individual pieces of lollipop material into the desired shape of the lollipop head and a stick insertion means, which inserts a stick into each lollipop head."
