Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Forming Drum With An Increased Effective Range' Filed by Gea Food Solutions Weert B. V.

MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517131438 A) filed by Gea Food Solutions Weert B. V., Weert, Netherlands, on Dec. 24, 2025, for 'forming drum with an increased effective range.'

Inventor(s) include Baumeister, Bruno Gerfried.

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a lollipop production device, with a drum that rotates around a central axis and that comprises a plurality of moulds at its circumference, a supply of lollipop material strand to the moulds, wherein the moulds form individual pieces of lollipop material into the desired shape of the lollipop head and a stick insertion means, which inserts a stick into each lollipop head."
