MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541085069 A) filed by Walchand Institute Of Technology, Solapur, Maharashtra, on Sept. 8, 2025, for 'food cooking apparatus with water heating arrangement.'

Through a strategically designed heat transfer mechanism-such as conductive surfaces, coiled pipes, or heat exchangers-residual heat from cooking is directed toward the water heating unit.This dual-function system optimizes energy utilization, reduces operational costs, and promotes eco-friendly practices by minimizing heat waste. It is especially useful in domestic and compact kitchen environments where space, time, and energy efficiency are critical. The apparatus includes built-in insulation and safety controls, making it a practical, cost-effective, and sustainable solution for modern cooking needs."
