Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Fluid Transfer Device' Filed by Aptar Do Brasil Embalagens Ltda.

MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517035631 A) filed by Aptar Do Brasil Embalagens Ltda., Jundia, Brazil, on April 11, for 'fluid transfer device.'

Inventor(s) include Justus Rafael; Baissero David; and Santarelli Marcelo.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Discloses a liquid transfer device comprising a first part and a second part wherein the first part comprises a cylindrical main nozzle and the second part comprises another nozzle said device comprises a rotation system for closing or opening a passage of viscous liquids this rotation system is configured by fixing the second part on the first part."
