One length 104-1 of the frame 102 can be rigidly coupled to at least one length 110-2 of a first solar panel 108-1 of the solar panel structure and the second length 104-2 of the frame structure 102 hinged to at least one length 110-3 of a second solar panel 108-2 of the solar panel structure such that the frame 102 can form a flexible bridge between the two solar panels 108-1 and 108-2 of the solar panel structure facilitating movement of cleaning and maintenance equipment up to end of row of the solar panel structure system."
