MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441012917 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 22, 2024, for 'fixture uninstallation device.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A fixture uninstallation device, comprising a body 1 on a fixed surface, a pair of telescopic L-shaped hooks 2 for positioning the body 1 in proximity to a fixture, a handle 3configured with the body 1 for removing the fixture from an auxiliary machinery, a sliding arrangement 4for translating the hooks 2 for extending and securing the fixture, a telescopic rod 5for placing suction cup 6 in proximity to the fixture, suction cup 6 for affixing the fixture with the cup, an AI-based imaging unit 7for capturing images in vicinity to the body 1 for determining gripping of the fixture, a hydraulic actuator 8for providing a necessary pulling force on the fixture to remove the fixture from the machinery and a speaker 9 to inform user to drop lubricant over the fixture for smooth removal of the fixture from the machinery."
