MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511117919 A) filed by Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Nov. 27, 2025, for 'fixture system for stabilized heat flux distribution in circuit assemblies.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Suman Gothwal; and Utkarsh Tiwari.

The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A fixture (100) for uniform thermal management of circuit assemblies is disclosed. The fixture (100) comprises a housing (102) defining an interior volume and a support structure (104) carrying the housing (102). A rotation unit (106) connects the housing (102) to the support structure (104) and rotates the housing (102) at a controlled angular rate. A mounting frame (108) within the housing (102) receives a circuit assembly (110). A heat transfer interface (112) is disposed between the housing (102) and the circuit assembly (110) to conduct heat. During operation, rotation produced by the rotation unit (106) distributes heat flux uniformly across the housing (102), achieving stabilized temperature uniformity of the circuit assembly (110). The fixture (100) thereby enables consistent thermal balance, minimised hot spots, and reliable performance of circuit assemblies under varying heat generation conditions."
