MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521132283 A) filed by Marwadi University, Rajkot, Gujarat, on Dec. 26, 2025, for 'fitness training system.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A fitness training system, comprises of a body 101 supporting an exercise platform 102 for multiple exercises, an inspection unit for detecting user presence and monitoring posture during exercise, a pair of holding units for securing a user's legs during crunch exercises, an extendable rod 107 with a plate 108 to provide assistance based on pressure detected by pressure sensors, a weight lifting rod 109 connected through electromagnetic springs 110 with a strain gauge sensor for resistance monitoring, a pair of wearable gloves 111 with force sensors and physiological monitoring sensors for continuous vital parameter detection, a pair of inverted L-shaped arms 112 with clamp 113 for stabilizing the user during squat exercises, a plurality of microphones 114 with noise-cancellation circuitry for detecting joint-related sounds, and a holographic projection unit 115 operatively connected to a microcontroller for displaying real-time three-dimensional posture guidance, corrective cues, and safety alerts during exercise."
