MUMBAI, India, Jan. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511104553 A) filed by Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Oct. 29, 2025, for 'filter bank apparatus for selective routing of radio frequency signals.'

Inventor(s) include Mr. Dushyant Singh Chauhan; and Aryan Modanwal.

The application for the patent was published on Dec. 12, under issue no. 50/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A filter bank apparatus (100) for selective routing of radio frequency signals is disclosed. The filter bank apparatus (100) comprises a support housing (102), a filter rail (104), a rack element (108), a pinion gear (110), and a latching bracket (112). The support housing (102) retains the filter rail (104). The filter rail (104) is slidably disposed within the support housing (102) and carries at least one filter module (106). The rack element (108) is coupled to the filter rail (104) and translates linearly within the support housing (102). The pinion gear (110) operatively engages the rack element (108) and imparts displacement of the filter rail (104). The latching bracket (112) is supported on the filter rail (104) and compresses the filter module (106) against the filter rail (104) during displacement. The apparatus (100) enables compact and controlled selection of radio frequency filters."
