MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421027983 A) filed by Rallis India Limited, Maharashtra, on April 4, 2024, for 'film forming silicone composition and a formulation thereof.'
Inventor(s) include Rupak Paul; Tusharkumar Chakhale; Praveen Kulal; Gkendappa; Nagesh Savade; and Sanjay Ghule.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to an agrochemical composition comprising metalaxyl-m, propineb and a film forming agent and formulations thereof, particularly wettable powder (WP) and water dispersible granule (WDG) formulations. The agrochemical formulation increases the rainfastness and has improved bio-efficacy thereby providing solution for wide range of fungal diseases on a variety of crops."
