MUMBAI, India, May 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641061107 A) filed by Cvr College Of Engineering, Hyderabad, Telangana, on May 14, for 'few-shot learning for ecg classification using gramian angular field images.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Priyanka Gupta.
The application for the patent was published on May 29, under issue no. 22/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The system and technique for identifying electrocardiogram (ECG) data utilizing few-shot learning and Gramian Angular Field (GAF) picture representations is the subject of the current invention. After converting ECG time-series data into GAF pictures, the system uses few-shot learning approaches to classify the photos after extracting features using deep learning models. The suggested invention is particularly helpful for uncommon cardiac diseases and imbalanced datasets since it allows accurate classification with little labelled data."
