In one aspect, the Fc variant(s) according to the present invention comprises L234A, L235A, T307N, V308P, L309Y, P329G, H433R, N434W amino acid substitutions. In another aspect, the Fc variant(s) according to the present invention comprises T307N, V3O8P, L309Y, H433R, N434W, M252Y, S254T, T256E amino acid substitutions. In one more aspect, the Fc variant(s) of the present invention comprises T307N, V308P, L309Y, H433R, N434W, M252Y, S254T, T256E, L234A, L235A, P329G amino acid substitutions. Fc variant(s) prepared according to the current invention can be used for making FcRn-antagonist composition or can be used for making an Fc variant(s) containing drug or molecule with altered effector function."
