MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517067029 A) filed by Patchbox Gmbh, Wien, Austria, on July 14, for 'fastening device for fastening an electronic component.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Fastening device (1) for fastening an electronic component (10), which has at least one fastening tab (11) with at least one hole (12), to a sheet-metal bracket of a frame having a row of holes (9), comprising a plate (2) which can be placed on a side wall of the component (10) and, optionally, connectable thereto, which has a fastening section (4) bent along a bending line (3), which has at least one first fastening bolt that extends away from the plate (2) and can be inserted into the hole (12) of the fastening tab (11) and optionally into the row of holes (9)."
