MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411025584 A) filed by Shobhit Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on March 28, 2024, for 'eye cosmetic preparation assistive device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An eye cosmetic preparation assistive device, comprising a platform 1 positioned on a fixed surface, plurality of suction cups 2 for securing the platform 1 on the surface, a cylindrical body 3 having a curved plate 4 at mouth portion, a multi-sectioned chamber 5 stored with multiple materials, an imaging unit 6 determine presence of user-desired materials on plate 4, a robotic arm 7 to acquire a grip of a curved lid 8 placed on platform 1 for positioning lid over the accommodated materials, a combustible lamp 9 arranged in body 3 by means of a rod 10, an automatic igniter 11 arranged on inner periphery of body 3 to ignite lamp 9 for inducing a flame in body 3, an ultrasonic sensor to monitor flame of lamp 9 and a motorized stirrer 17 arranged in the container 12 to rotate for mixing scraped soot."
