The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to explicit congestion notification (ECN) marking. In some embodiments, a first RAN node receives, from a second RAN node, information associated with a congestion status at the second RAN node. Moreover, the first RAN node performs, based on the information, ECN marking for at least one quality of service (QoS) flow associated with a data radio bearer (DRB), where the DRB is terminated at the first RAN node. In this way, it is possible to improve the flexibility of ECN marking and thus improve communication efficiency."
The patent application was internationally filed on July 07, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/106383.
