MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202647043645 A) filed by Mirus Llc, Marietta, U.S.A., on April 6, for 'expandable system for repair of bone fractures.'

Inventor(s) include Yadav, Jay.

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A system for percutaneous fixation and stabilization of a fracture with a spanning, expandable structural frame placed in the intramedullary canal of the bone comprising an expandable medical device."
