According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An ergonomic customer engagement system, comprising a first display panel 101 to display animated visuals, advertisements, promotional content and food item highlights, a real-time clock module to track time, an imaging unit 102 to capture real-time images of incoming customers, an integrated holographic projector 103 for visual engagement, a plurality of food storage compartments 104 to store different food items for sampling and tasting by the customers, an articulated arm 111 coupled to spoon tipped end effector 112 to retrieve the food items from the designated storage compartment 104 and deposit the food into an auxiliary serving plate, an aroma storage cartridge 113 with an atomizing nozzle 114 to disperse food-based scents creating an immersive multisensory customer engagement experience, and a second interactive display panel 115 to allow the customers to input commands, requests and restaurant feedback and present available deals and offers."
