MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511114279 A) filed by Ayush Mishra, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, on Nov. 18, 2025, for 'environmental and safety monitoring apparatus for vending carts.'
Inventor(s) include Ayush Mishra.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A smart environmental and safety monitoring apparatus (100) for mobile vending carts is disclosed. The apparatus (100) comprises a compact housing (102) mounted on a cart. A power supply unit (104) disposed within the housing (102) receives electrical energy from a rechargeable battery and optionally from a photovoltaic panel input. An environmental data acquisition arrangement (106) is operatively coupled to the housing (102) to detect temperature, humidity, air quality, and fire or smoke conditions. A positioning assembly (108) disposed within the housing (102) determines geospatial cart location. A control hub (110) is operatively coupled to the environmental data acquisition arrangement (106) and the positioning assembly (108). Said control hub (110) compares aggregated data against stored safety thresholds and initiates real-time wireless transmission of alert notifications through a wireless interface (112), thereby enabling continuous monitoring of cart safety and environmental parameters."
