MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411030657 A) filed by Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultura University, Hisar, Haryana, on April 16, 2024, for 'enriched vegan mayonnaise incorporated with oyster mushroom.'

Inventor(s) include Sree, Mutyala Greeshma; Sindhu, Ritu; Kumari, Anju; Gehlot, Rakesh; and Singh, Jagdeep.

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 31, under issue no. 44/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The current invention describes a novel enriched vegan mayonnaise.
