MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517049818 A) filed by Zte Corporation, Guangdong, China, on May 23, for 'energy-saving control method for communication device, and electronic device and readable storage medium.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are an energy-saving control method for a communication device, and an electronic device and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: when an energy-saving condition is met, acquiring a target parameter of a communication device, wherein the target parameter comprises at least one of the following: temperatures in time units in a first time period, and the current humidity and the current temperature of the communication device; and when a first condition is met, controlling the communication device to execute a first energy-saving stage in a second time period, wherein the first energy-saving stage comprises: turning off a first fractional component of the communication device, the ratio of the power reduced after the first fractional component is turned off to the total power of the communication device being equal to a first threshold value; and the first condition comprises one of the following: the maximum temperature difference exceeds a preset temperature difference relative threshold, the maximum temperature difference being the difference between the highest temperature and the lowest temperature among the temperatures in the time units; the current humidity is greater than a preset humidity absolute threshold; and the current temperature is less than a preset low-temperature absolute threshold."
