The decoding method comprises: decoding a code stream so as to determine a prediction parameter of the current block; determining a first prediction block of the current block according to the prediction parameter; determining a model parameter according to a first color component value and a second color component value in the first prediction block; determining a reference sample value of a first color component sampling point of the current block and determining a prediction value of a second color component sampling point of the current block according to the reference sample value of the first color component sampling point of the current block and the model parameter; and determining a reconstruction value of the second color component sampling point of the current block according to the prediction value of the second color component sampling point of the current block. In this way the accuracy of inter frame chromaticity prediction can be improved a code rate is saved on and the encoding and decoding performance can also be improved."
