According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a mobile emergency healthcare system (100) configured as a mobile ICU unit (101) within a specialized vehicle equipped with a ventilator, defibrillator, multi-parameter patient monitor, ECG machine, oxygen supply, and infusion pumps. The system integrates a real-time telemedicine unit (103) with 5G communication, enabling secure live consultation between on-site medical personnel (102) and remote specialists. An AI-based monitoring system (104) is coupled to patient monitoring devices and a telemedicine interface to continuously analyze vital signs and automatically trigger alerts upon detection of life-threatening conditions. A digital emergency dispatch platform (105) with a smart dispatch algorithm (106) receives emergency requests, identifies location, and dispatches the nearest available mobile ICU by analyzing GPS and traffic data. An electronic medical record (EMR) integration (109) securely logs and transmits patient data and treatment actions to a central medical cloud and the receiving hospital for continuity of care."
