The electronic device (102) comprises a user interface unit (104) receiving medicine information through voice input, QR code scanning, and manual text input; a memory (128) storing medicine information and user data; and hardware processors (130) configured to analyze user behavior patterns based on historical interaction data, generate optimal medication timing recommendations through an adaptive medication timing engine (110) that correlates user behavior patterns with medicine type characteristics, and communicate personalized notifications rendering medication reminder alerts. The adaptive medication timing engine (110) includes a user behavior analysis unit (112), medicine type classification unit (114), and optimal timing generator (116) that dynamically adjusts recommendations based on detected behavior changes. The system supports cloud synchronization, multi-language display, offline functionality, and caregiver monitoring with missed-dose alerts."
