According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed is an electrochemical cell (100) comprising a cylinder-shaped jellyroll (202) comprising two axial ends present opposite to each other, a circular anode plate (206), and a circular cathode plate (204) having an inner surface (216) and an outer surface (218). The inner surface (216) of the circular cathode plate (204) mates with an axial end of the cylinder-shaped jellyroll (202), and the outer surface (218) of the circular cathode plate (204) comprises an outwardly extending hollow cylindrical portion (228) configured to mate with a top cover (208) of the electrochemical cell (100). The circular anode plate (206) with raised rims (230) having an inner surface (222), and an outer surface (220) mates completely with a bottom cover (210) of the electrochemical cell (100). The inner surface (222) with raised rims (230) of the circular anode plate mates with another axial end of the cylinder-shaped jellyroll (202)."
