MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202431035480 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on May 4, 2024, for 'electro-mechanically powered stirring device.'
Inventor(s) include Tapash Ranjan Rautray; and Subhasmita Swain.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 7, under issue no. 45/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An electro-mechanically powered stirring device, comprising a body 1 developed to be positioned on a fixed surface, a beaker 2 accessed by user to pour a mixture, a bar 3 arranged on body 1, in proximity to beaker 2 and integrated with a clamp 10 to hold beaker 2 stably on body 1, a perforated plate 4 connected with body 1 by means of a coupling, a button 5 accessed by user for activating/de-activating device, a first regulator knob 6 accessed by user for altering rotational speed of plate 4, a heating plate 7 heated up for heating mixture while being stirred to enhance mixing rate of mixture and a second regulator knob 8 accessed by user for altering temperature of heating plate 7 to regulate actuation of heating plate 7 to ensure optimum conditions for mixing of mixture as regulated by user."
