MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517050889 A) filed by Kubota Corporation, Osaka, Japan, on May 27, for 'electric work vehicle.'

Inventor(s) include Yamaguchi Tatsuya; Araki Chihiro; Imaizumi Makoto; and Obata Norio.

The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This electric work vehicle comprises: a battery; a motor driven by power supplied from the battery; a traveling device driven by the motor; a power supply unit (20) to which a charger can be connected and which is electrically connected to the battery; and a cover member (12) that covers the battery and the power supply unit (20), wherein an opening (13) is formed in a portion of the cover member (12), which faces the power supply unit (20), and a lid portion (14) that can open and close the opening (13) is provided."

The patent application was internationally filed on Dec. 22, 2023, under International application No.PCT/JP2023/046234.
