Inventor(s) include M. Arun; P. M. Tarun Vignesh; and C. Akilesh.

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 27, under issue no. 09/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The performance of students is influenced by a set of factors, such as class marks, presence, as well as learning behavior. Conventional approaches used to analyze the performance of students are inefficient in predicting future performance as well as learning deficits at the initial stages. This invention presents an Al-based performance forecasting and recommendation system that utilizes cloud storage, machine learning, and natural language processing to evaluate academic behavior and generate future predictions. The system collects semester-wise marks, attendance percentages, and study hours, processes them using a data pre-processing module, and applies a linear regression model to forecast CGPA, institutional average, and topper score. An Al recommendation engine is also providing personalized learning recommendations and analysis of weak subjects. The tool is intended for use by students and educational institutions to enhance learning performance analysis, predictions, and personalized learning."
