MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511117642 A) filed by Pulkit Garg; and Sunita Aggarwal, New Delhi, on Nov. 26, 2025, for 'earthq- software layer framework for polarity -neutral efficient processing of multi sensory data.'
Inventor(s) include Pulkit Garg.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Earthq- Software Layer Framework for Polarity -Neutral Efficient Processing of Multi Sensory Data The invention relates to a software-implemented framework, termed EarthQ, for adaptive interpretation of sensory data using polarity-neutral logic. The system receives multimodal digital signals through one or more sensory interfaces and processes them in a binary-to-polarity converter that assigns positive, neutral, or negative states based on variations between samples. An EarthQ logic engine interprets these states to detect equilibrium and transition conditions while adjusting thresholds to reduce redundant computation. The processed output is supplied to a language-model integration layer that generates compact contextual representations for downstream applications. Results are delivered through an output API. By forwarding only meaningful transitions, the framework reduces computation, lowers energy usage, and enables efficient real-time sensory interpretation on conventional hardware."
