The system 5 includes an RFID reader, a firmware-controlled Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) module, and a mobile application that syncs device status, tracks fragrance levels, and provides AI-based fragrance recommendations via persona mapping and elimination logic. The mobile app also facilitates firmware updates and supports an auto-replenishment feature that triggers reordering based on real-time usage 10 thresholds. A key aspect of the invention is its magnetic snap-fit outer cap, which uses aligned magnets in the cap and housing to securely lock over the dispensing openings, ensuring a leakproof and tamper-resistant design. LED indicators display fragrance levels and battery status using a color-coded system. The apparatus is powered by 15 a USB-C rechargeable lithium-ion battery housed in a screw-secured, user-replaceable compartment. This integrated system of mechanical, electronic, and software components provides an intelligent, ergonomic, and personalized fragrance dispensing solution, offering significant improvements over conventional single-use dispensers in terms of sustainability, user convenience, and data-driven 20 customization."
