MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421077091 A) filed by Sbk Instrumentation, Pune, Maharashtra, on Oct. 10, 2024, for 'dual display loss plate temperature controller.'
Inventor(s) include Taware, Pritam Satish; and Kirve, Mayuresh Popat.
The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a dual display Loss Plate Temperature Controller designed to precisely measure and control temperature of a loss plate in industrial processes. The controller incorporates at least one temperature sensor connected to the loss plate to monitor temperature. The temperature is converted from analog signal to digital signal using an analog-to-digital converter. A comparator then compares the converted digital signal with an ambient temperature reading, generating a control signal based on temperature differential. The controller includes a dual display interface for real-time visualization of the measured temperature and setpoint temperature, input means for setting the desired temperature, and output means for controlling heating element or cooling element. The controller includes LED indicators for visual status feedback and an ethernet interface for remote monitoring and control. The controller ensures precise temperature regulation by maintaining the loss plate's temperature at the desired setpoint through an integrated switching mechanism."
