MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517089996 A) filed by Hkc Corporation Limited, Guangdong, China, on Sept. 21, for 'drive method for display apparatus and display apparatus.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a drive method for a display apparatus and a display apparatus. The display apparatus comprises scanning lines, data lines and a plurality of LED lamps which are surrounded and driven by the scanning lines and the data lines, the plurality of LED lamps being arranged in a plurality of rows and columns, anodes of the LED lamps being connected to the scanning lines, and cathodes of the LED lamps being connected to the data lines. The drive method comprises steps of: according to the display grayscale of a previous row of LED lamps, the display grayscale of a current row of LED lamps and a display grayscale compensation table, obtaining a corresponding compensated display grayscale of the current row of LED lamps; obtaining corresponding drive parameters according to the corresponding compensated display grayscale of the current row of LED lamps; and on the basis of the drive parameters, controlling display of the current row of LED lamps."
