MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514095936 A) filed by Staubli Sargans Ag, Sargans, Switzerland, on Oct. 6, 2025, for 'drawing-in station and drawing-in machine including such a drawing-in station.'

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A drawing-in station (6) comprises a yarn-clamping frame (12), a base frame (10) and a support rail (14). The yarn-clamping frame (12) is mobile, relative to the base frame along a longitudinal direction (LO), between an inoperative position and an operative position. The support rail (14) is mobile, along the longitudinal direction, between a retracted position and an extended position. The support rail (14) is 10 supported vertically, against gravity, and guided along two lateral directions, by the base frame, at the longitudinal level of a first longitudinal portion (P1) of the base frame, when the support rail is in its retracted and extended positions, and in- between. The yarn-clamping frame (12) is mobile relative to the support rail (14) along the longitudinal direction and supported vertically, against gravity, by the 15 support rail when it moves between its inoperative and operative positions. When it is in its extended position, the support rail (14) is supported vertically, against gravity, and guided along the two lateral directions by the first stand (20)."
