MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517085096 A) filed by Tofflon Science And Technology Group Co. Ltd., Shanghai, on Sept. 8, for 'double-mold continuous filling and forming device, control method thereof, and forming and sealing unit of same.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A double-mold continuous filling and forming device, comprising an inflatable-tubular-blank supplying unit (100), a forming and sealing unit, and a filling unit (200). The forming and sealing unit comprises a vertical movement mechanism and a mold-closing driving mechanism. A mold mounting portion is used for mounting a head mold, a middle mold and a bottom mold, which are arranged in sequence and which are corresponding to the shape of a first container and the shape of a second container. A mold driving portion is configured to enable the head mold, the middle mold and the bottom mold to be independently and controllably opened and closed, and to enable the mold mounting portion to integrally move downwards from an initial position under the driving of the vertical movement mechanism, so as to sequentially form a first container body and seal the first container body to form a first container, and form a second container body and seal the second container body to form a second container."
