MUMBAI, India, March 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621007351 A) filed by Green Natural Products Private Limited, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, on Jan. 25, for 'double layer odour neutralizing system using fruit-derived enzymes and bio fermented metabolites.'
Inventor(s) include Prakul Rakesh; and Divya Priyadarshani.
The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an odour neutralizing composition comprising a fruit derived enzyme complex and bio fermented metabolites. The enzyme complex provides a primary enzymatic degradation stage configured to degrade odour causing organic substrates, while the bio fermented metabolites provide a secondary neutralization stage configured to neutralize residual volatile odour molecules generated after enzymatic degradation. The composition operates through a dual layer odour neutralization mechanism, resulting in sustained odour elimination without fragrance masking. The invention further relates to a method for neutralizing odour by applying the composition to a surface or area containing odour causing organic matter."
